LANCASTER — The Lancaster Cham­ber of commerce will con­duct its monthly lunch­eon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the J.P. Eliopulos Hellenic Cen­ter, 43404 30th St West.

Patrick Nelson, chief of the detective division for the Los Angeles County Sher­iff’s Department, will be speaking on the struc­ture and mission of the Division and how they support stations. Fraud and Cyber Crimes Bu­reau Sergeant Hish will be speaking on how bus­inesses can better protect themselves from emerging cybercrime trends.

Also present will be city Public Safety Director and newly appointed in­ter­im Chief of Police Lee D’Errico, who will dis­cuss the city’s newly es­tab­lished hybrid law en­force­ment program that will begin to work in partnership with the Lan­caster Sheriff’s Sta­tion.

Cost is $25 for chamber members and $35 for non-members.
