Palmdale Repertory Theatre is seeking actors to create a diverse cast for Tennessee Williams’ classic “Cat on A Hot Tin Roof.”

Set in Mississippi in the 1950s, the play dramatically explores inequalities, lies, love, rivalry and those steamy Southern evenings. 

Auditions are from 6-9 p.m., April 3 and from 1-3 p.m., April 4. Callbacks, if needed, will be at 3 p.m., April 4 at 38847 20th St. East, Suite G, Palmdale.

The show dates are June 12-14.

Plan to arrive at the start of the audition call, ready to read sides. If you will be late, please send a message or email to PRT at, to let them know you intend to audition. 

Please bring a headshot and resume, wear closed-toed shoes and clothes you can move in. 

You do not need to prepare a monologue or audition material beforehand. For your best audition, research the play and familiarize yourself with the themes, characters and dialogue.  For details visit
