LANCASTER — Lancaster Sheriff’s Station detectives are asking for the public’s help to locate Leonard Edward Allard, a missing 84-year-old white male with dementia who requires an oxygen tank.
Allard was last seen about 3 a.m. Wednesday morning in the 8500 block of West Avenue D.
Allard is described as six feet tall, weighing 165 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen driving his 2007 cream colored Ford Edge, license plate CA/26155DP.
Allard has dementia and requires an oxygen tank and his family is concerned for his well-being and asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.
