LITTLEROCK — Los Angeles County Sheriff’s homicide detectives have identified a suspect in a shooting Sunday in Littlerock and are asking for the public’s help in finding him.
Investigators have named Trinidad “Trini” Garcia, 60, as the suspect in the shooting, which left one man dead and a second man critically wounded.
Garcia is described as five feet eight inches tall, weighing 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
He reportedly fled the location of the shooting in a 2004 blue Hyundai Elantra with the California license plate 5LJE903.
He is described as a transient in the Littlerock area, according to Sheriff’s deputies.
The shooting occurred shortly before 6 a.m. Sunday in the 13800 block of East Avenue R-6.
A man identified by Sheriff’s detectives as Michael Robbins died at the scene, while the second victim was taken to a hospital.
Both victims were in their 50s. Their relationship to each other was unknown, officials said.
