A souvenir of the 50th anniversary of the breaking of the sound barrier Oct. 14, 1947

Mach Busters is a 40-page newspaper tabloid supplement packed with photographs and information about the airplanes, the people and the places that went into that sonic boom first heard over the Antelope Valley 50 years ago.

Mach Busters will be available as long as supplies last after the Oct. 14 publishing date.

Engaging, richly detailed stories accompanied by photographs of the airplanes and people who lived the history of supersonic flight fill Mach Busters from cover to cover.

A limited number of Mach Busters will be available after the Oct. 14 publication date. They may be purchased in person or by mail. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards will be accepted.

In person, copies are available at $3.25 each at either of our offices, 37404 Sierra Highway, Palmdale, or 44939 10th St. West, Lancaster.

By fax, send a facsimile with a message that includes your name, mailing address, how many copies you wish to buy and your credit card number with its expiration date to (661) 947-4870. Include your own telephone number in case of difficulty.

By phone, have your credit card and mailing address information readily available and call (661) 273-0081.

By mail, send a check for $5 per copy with your name and address to:
