After you complete and submit this form, a representative will contact you by phone to confirm your information, text, and quote a rate for the Obituary.
If your submission is received before 2 pm Monday through Friday you will be contacted the same business day. After 3 pm you will be contacted the next business day.

To Include a Photo
If you would like to submit a photo of your loved one, you may do so by email to: jsquyres@avpress.com. (Files must be under 3 megabytes). Be sure to include your contact info and the name of the deceased in the email.
