GUERRA, Mary Louise, nee Levar
GUERRA, Mary Louise, nee Levario Born June 20, 1930 in Van Nuys, Calif. She joined the Lord, Feb. 25, 2018. Mary moved to the Antelope Valley in 1952. She worked as a seamstress at the Dumas coat factory then worked 10 years at the Lockheed plant on the L1011 and TR3 projects. Mary loved to travel and visited Italy, Scotland, England and Hawaii. She loved her pets, gardening, flowers and had a special love of children. She was the loving mother of four, Lenny (Pam), Jeannette Baxter (Terry), Laura Guerra and Chuck (Bridget), many grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Sister to Joe Lavario, and Rose Garcia. Mary is preceded in death by her parents Mariano and Luz Levario, her brothers Lalo and Ernie and sisters Monchi, Lupe and Josephine. She was a loving, kind and gentle woman, loved by all that knew her. She will be dearly missed. Wed like to give a special thank you to Oliver and Archie at B&M Care for the Elderly who took great care of Mary and treated her like family. There will be a viewing at Halley-Olsen-Murphy Memorial chapel Thursday, March 1 at 4:00 pm followed by a Rosary at 7:00 pm. Mass will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Friday March 2 at 10:00 am followed by the interment at Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery.
