RAY, Arlyne 85, passed away peacefully on Wed., April 12, 2017 in Tulsa Okla. Arlyne was born Feb. 24, 1932 in Los Angeles to Ellyn and Alfred Marsh. Arlyne lived in the AV for 50 years and joined the love of her life Gerald "Jerry" Ray exactly four years to the day of his passing. Arlyne retired from Westside Union School District after 24 years as an executive secretary. She enjoyed camping, gardening, bird watching and game shows. Jerry and Arlyne had a tremendous love for dogs, especially German Shepherds and Shelties which they bred, raised and showed. Later she and her husband were instructors at Dick ReedsRV Driving School while traveling the country. Arlyne was playing an air violin in her sleep shortly before her passing which was the instrument she played earlier in life. Arlyne is survived by her children: Ron (Chris) Williams, Quartz Hill; Dawn (Thomas) Randall, Okla.; Mike (Susan) Williams, S.C.; Robin Zimmerman, Malibu; Steve Williams, Texas; Robert Williams, Wash.; Tammy (Rick) Baggett, Palmdale; Mark Williams, Palmdale; Melody (Dale) Hill, Okla.; Cindy (Neil) Lagstrom, Ariz.; David (Peggy) Ray, Wash.; 25 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenny Marsh. Memorial servicewill beheld at Skelly Drive Baptist Church, 8504 E. Skelly Drive, Tulsa, Okla. 74129, 10:00 am, Thurs., April 20, 2017.
