CALLAWAY, Lucille B.
CALLAWAY, Lucille B. Jul. 24, 1931 - Jan. 31, 2017 Lucy, a long time resident of Lancaster, died peacefully at home in her sleep Jan. 31, 2017. She was surrounded by loving family members and a very close friend. She was preceded in death by her husband of 31 years Don Callaway. Lucy is survived by her children Michael Graham, Suzanne Favalora and Sally Wyly, of her first husband Clayton Graham, 22 years; her adopted daughter Emily, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Lucy was born in Blooming Grove Township, Indiana to Jesse and Kathleen (Foster) Bravard the third of four children. She was preceded in death by older brother and sister Jim Bravard and Betty Butler and survived by younger brother David Bravard. The family moved from the farm to the Tri-Cities of eastern Washington where she graduated from high school, married and began her family. After 7 years in the Tri-Cities, 5 years in Seattle and 1 in Huntsville Ala., the family moved to Lancaster in 1962. In addition to being a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Lucy worked most of her life as a realtor. She was also active in Sweet Adelines singing in both coral and quartette for over 25 years receiving multiple awards at the state and regional level. Lucy will be missed by all who knew her especially her children.
