Pino Alfred P
PINO, Alfred P. Born November 24, 1919, left us August 19, 2016. Alfred Pino was born in El Paso, Texas. He, with his mother Adela, moved to Los Angeles, along with his sister Rosie and brother Rudy. Al attended Polytechnic High School in Los Angeles. After graduation in 1936, Al joined the National Guard until being discharged in 1941. In the years following, Al worked as a conductor for the Red Car Trolley System from Los Angeles to San Pedro. Then, along came the 1950s and the push for military airplanes was on. Al hired on at Northrup in Hawthorn and transferred to Palmdale in 1954 until retirement at age 65. Dad was soft spoken and easy going. Loved by all his famly and friends, survived by his son Larry, daughter Shirley, sister Rosie, along with 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren. Als beautiful wife Ruth passed away one year ago and they shared 72 wonderful years with each other. Al Pino you will be forever loved and forever missed by your family and friends. Services will be held at Desert Lawn Memorial Park at 2200 East Ave. S., Palmdale on Wednesday 31st, at 10:00 am.
