TROMBLEY, Lorraine F.
TROMBLEY, Lorraine F. Born October 20, 1924 to Adelard and Leona B. Lagimoniere, in Troy, New Hampshire, and went home to heaven July 12, 2016. At a young age, Lorraine was an active member of the Civil Air Patrol and took her duties veryseriously. Her formers employers include: Troy Blanket Mill, MPB (Timken) and Piper Aircraft. Her fellow employees became a second family to Lorraine, she enjoyed lifelong friendships with many. She married Maurice N. Trombley on December 31, 1945. The couple adopted a son, James P. Trombley. The Trombleys relocated to Nipomo, Calif., in 1969. Mr. and Mrs. Trombley were married for 55 years. After her husbands passing, Lorraine moved to the Antelope Valley where she lived with her niece and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. John G. White. Lorraine enjoyed playing the organ, singing in the church choir (St. Josephs Parish, Nipomo), and attending Mass at Saint Junipero Serra Parish. She leaves behind her loving nieces, Janet E. White, Catherine Kaczmarczyk (Thomas), Nancy Lagimoniere, Ann C. Wessell and Faith Ann Bailey (Charles). Also her loving nephew Deacon Bryan P. Lagimoniere (Nancy), numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held July 30th, 2016 at Sacred Heart Parish, 565 Kettering St. Lancaster, Calif., Rosary 10:30 am, Mass at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Lorraine Trombleys name to either: Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles 4650 Sunset Blvd Los Angeles, Calif., 90027 Ore: St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, Tenn. 38105.
