MCBRIDE Lolly Lillian
McBRIDE, Lolly Lillian Mar. 9, 1919 - July 4, 2016 Lolly grew up and attended school in Kenosha, Wis. Lolly was a beautiful, vibrant and talented lady. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend to many. She moved to Lancaster in 1960, following her husband, Gene who opened up a new car dealership; Gene McBride Imports. Lolly was a gracious, loving and very giving lady. She donated numerous hours of volunteering her time to AV Hospital Gift Shop and other various organizations.: Desert Haven, Christmas Bazaars, Eyes for the Needy and Women of the Moose. In 1962, Lolly became President of Emblem Club #76, she was also Past President, and Ways and Means Chairman and more. She loved to play Bunco and loved the slot machines in Las Vegas. She was a model for Dillards and Edwards AFB luncheons. She traveled to Europe, New Zealand, Hawaii, Jamaica, Italy, Ireland, Mexico and Holland. Lolly tended to her beautiful rose garden in her spare time, which she loved. She deeply loved her Grandchildren. Every year, she volunteered her time at the AV Fair Emblem Club taco booth. While there, she met Jack, who was the love of her life for 32 years, which was a beautiful love affair. Lolly is predeceased by her spouse, Gene McBride, son-in-law, Oren Lotspeich and grandson, Donald Mercer. She is survived by her significant other Jack Corpening, daughters, Diana (Glenn) Casey, Tish (Greg ) Cich, Chris (Doug) Bain and Mary Lotspeich. Grandchildren: Peter, Jade, Talia, Tyler, Jared, Alison, Oren and Lia. Great-grandchildren: Sam, Maryanna, Hudson, Ashlee, Breanna, Carissa, Donald. Great-great-grandchildren: Makailyn, Joshua, and Ilaylia. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Joshua Memorial Chapel at 10:00 am.
