BRAVO Eugene (Geno)
BRAVO, Eugene 'Geno' April 1, 1945-April 17, 2016 Eugene was born in Chicago Ill., the son of Eleanor and Michael Bravo. In 1952, the family moved to Lancaster where Eugene attended Sacred Heart School and later Alamany High School in San Fernando. Geno also attended Antelope Valley HS, graduating in 1964. He attended AV College and then graduated from a technical college in Florida. He had a lifelong interest in science and technology. Geno was a computer programmer and systems analyst working at NASA, and JPL and other companies in Fla. and Calif. His hobbies included science fiction, science fiction writing, music and robotics. He was a loving husband with a witty sense of humor. He is survived by his wife Cindy Hoiland; sisters: Chris Liewer and Marylin Kelley; son, David Bravo; nephews: Jeremy and Nick Liewer and Elliot Kelley. Services will be held at Lancaster United Methodist Church, 918 West Ave. J, Lancaster, Calif. at 4:00 pm on Saturday, April 23, 2016.
