LITTLE, Peggy Jayne
LITTLE, Peggy Jayne May 5, 1944 - Sept. 7, 2015 Peggy was born in Sheridan, Arkansas. She and her husband Bill Little lived in Southern California and Washington for 33 years, most recently in Lancaster, California. After many years of battling fibromyalgia and COPD related bouts of pneumonia she quietly passed the morning of September 7, 2015. She was a wonderfully supportive wife, but the true pride of her life, were her daughters, Cheryl Lee Smith and Erick Ann Loomis. She also truly loved her pets, who kept her company and gave her comfort. Peggy will be remembered for her toughness, from when Bill met her in 1980 as a single mom, working and caring for two girls, through her support and love for Cheryl as she battled cancer, to her own hard fought battles against recurring pneumonia and COPD the last several years. No one will forget her warm smile, quick and wicked sense of humor and her friendly voice as she greeted friends and strangers with kind enthusiasm. Peggy is survived by her husband Bill; daughter Ericka, Ericka's fiancĀŽ Bobby Bolen and son-in-law Derek Smith. In lieu of a memorial service, Peggy asked that her friends take a moment with loved ones, reflect on the miracles of life and love, and to cherish those in their lives and hearts.
