HALL, Donald Albert
HALL, Donald Albert Age 73, of Hamilton, Mont., passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, August 1, 2015, with his daughter and his beloved dog, Nessie, at his side. Don was born in Lancaster, Calif., on June 19, 1942 to Burette and Dorothy Hall. He attended Antelope Valley High School and served briefly in the Army in 1967. Over the years, Don lived in Campbell, Calif., where he worked as a manager for Memorex; in Grass Valley, Calif., where he owned Grass Valley Florist; and in Middlesex, N.C., where he traveled the country as a truck driver for C.R. England and then as a local driver for Winn-Dixie; before retiring to the beautiful Bitterroot Valley in 2007, where he loved to read, watch TV, and relax with his dogs. Don is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy and Robert McAlister of Stevensville, Mont., and his grand-dogs, Biscuit and Sophie. He is also survived by his dearest sister, Margie Smith, of Quartz Hill, Calif., his cherished nieces, grandnieces and grandnephews, and their extended families. At Don's request, no memorial service will be held. Instead, please take a moment to remember his deep voice and unique sense of humor, and know everything will be 'fine as frog's hair.' Dad, you are loved and greatly missed. Be at peace.
