DUGGAN, Murl Dean
DUGGAN, Murl Dean Born in Lindsay, Oklahoma Oct. 22, 1938, passed away Nov. 13, 2014 in Palmdale, California. The Duggan family came to California around 1940 and settled in the Bakersfield area. He joined the U.S. Navy in 1955. He married Mary E. Skinner in 1956 and moved to Palmdale in 1960, where Murl began a 28 year career in the aircraft industry. Murl is survived by his loving wife, Mary; children, Perry Duggan (Sallie), Lonnie Duggan, Teresa Armour (Tim), and Boyd Duggan (Dixie); 3 grandchildren, Tyler Armour (Taylor), Sarah Cruciani (Paul), and Christopher Duggan (Desiree); 1 sister, Helen Jackson; 1 brother, Orval Duggan. He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers. Murl loved hunting and fishing, he was a 47 year member of the Palmdale Fin and Feather Club. Murl was a loving husband and father, and friend to all he met, he will be truly missed.
