NASH, Reba (Connett)
NASH, Reba (Connett) Was born in Fortland, Missouri, November 22, 1913, died in Lancaster California on July 14, 2013, after a full and rewarding life. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Chet, daughter Jean, grandchildren Randy, Raymond and Elayna, and great-great granddaughter Kenadie. Reba is survived by son Richard Nash and wife Judy, daughter Betty McInturff and husband Jim, seven grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Reba arrived in the Antelope Valley in 1928. She graduated in 1931, from Antelope Valley High School where she lived in the dorms during the week and returned home to Littlerock on the weekends. She was an active member of the Emblem Club and Elks Camper Club. She was a charter member of the Quartz Hill Women's Club where she served as President. Chet and Reba spent summers at their cabin in the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains where they loved fishing and hosting family and friends. A private memorial is pending. In lieu of flowers, make donations to Multiple Sclerosis Foundation National Headquarters, Donations, 6520 North Andrews Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309-2130.
