ROWE, Todd Drake Born Feb. 25, 1965, in Wisconsin. Passed away Feb. 2, 2013, in Redding, Calif. He grew up in Wisconsin, and received his Juris doctorate in Law from City University, New York. He has lived in the Antelope Valley 11 years. At the time of his death he worked as Deputy Labor Commissioner for the State of California. He enjoyed fishing, hiking, and was an avid movie fan. He fostered many children. Survived by Lori Cargill- Rowe, children Matthew Rowe, Mason Rowe, Megan Rowe, Maria Rowe all of Palmdale, Calif., and one grandchild Mia. Also survived by his mother Janet Todd of St. Petersburg, Fla., and special friend Barbara Adams. Preceded in death by his brother Gordon Rowe, father Drake Rowe and grandmother Anne Rowe. A private memorial will be held at the home of Lori Rowe on Sunday, February 17, 2013. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the children of Todd Rowe c/o Lori Rowe.
