FANTINI, Jay Adam Passed away Dec. 30, 2012, in Lancaster, Calif., at the age of 52. He was born Aug. 4, 1960, in Long Island, N.Y. Jay is survived by his wife Lori of Lancaster, Calif., of whom he was a devoted caregiver, in her treatment of MS, his brother, Christian Fantini of Marblehead, Mass.; his sister, Lynn Johnson of Union, Ky.; his brother-in- law, Jay Russell of Austin. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at Desert Vineyard Church, 1011 East Ave. I, Lancaster, Calif. Jay's wish was that his ashes be spread over Long Island's Great South Bay while the music of a fife and drum corps is played.
