OTTEN, Virginia 85, passed away January 9, 2013, in Lancaster, California. Virginia retired from Palmdale General Hospital in 1986, and was a member of Beta Sigma Phi International for over 40 years. With her vibrant spirit, she gifted everyone she met with a warm smile and kind word. Virginia and her late husband, Ken, spent 60 loving years together. Her surviving daughters, Cheryl Cannedy and Mary Mansfield, seven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren will dearly miss her. A celebration of her life will be held in Lancaster, California, Spring 2013.
