FOSTER, Jessie L. 'Nan' Born Oct. 23, 1942, in Forest City, Ark. Passed away Jan. 6, 2013, in Lancaster, Calif. She has lived in the Antelope Valley since 1997. Retired after 25 years of service with the L.A. Unified School District. Survived by her daughter Tonya King (Robert) of Palmdale, Calif., grandchild Aja King. Also survived by her aunt Lillie Ward, brother Clenzell Clemons, Cousins Walter Hobbs, Raymond Williams and a host of family and friends.
