KOVACH, Louis S. Born March 29, 1928, in Portage, Pa., passed away on December 25, 2012, in Penn Valley, Calif. Lou is survived by his wife Nancy, his two children Steve and Dan, and two grandchildren. Lou retired from Edwards AFB after 30 years of service. He was at home and happiest in the high mountains, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Arrangements are under the direction of Hooper & Weaver Mortuary, Grass Valley, Calif.
