WILLIAMS, Thomas 'TV' Passed away on Dec. 12, 2012. Tom was born July 11, 1925, in Dover, Mo. He had eight brothers and four sisters. Tom joined the Merchant Marines where he served during World War II. He later joined the U.S. Army and served in the Korean War. While in the Army, Tom attended a USO dance and met the love of his life, Ruby Kohler. Tom and Ruby were happily married for over 50 years. In the mid 1950s Tom and Ruby moved from the Midwest to California. He spent 40+ years in the aircraft industry, where he retired from Rockwell Int. as the B1-B Flight Test Maintenance Manager. After retirement Tom and Ruby moved to Tehachapi, Calif., where they remained active in the Moose Lodge camper club and enjoyed their time with their children and grandchildren. Tom is survived by three brothers Ira, Don, and Billy Williams and one sister Mary Ross, five children Kim Williams, Debbie (Gary) Waschow, Donna (Tim) Dunn, Gale (Greg) Robertson and Glen (Melissa) Williams. He also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. He will be deeply missed. Viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., with Funeral Services immediately following. Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, both at Wood Family Funeral Home in Tehachapi, Calif.
