KEMPER, Ernie Born Oct. 22, 1928, in N. Kansas City, Mo. Passed away Sept. 23, 2012. Survived by his wife of 63 years, Fauna, two brothers, Fred and Ralph, and sister, Donna Ward, also by several nieces and nephews. Ernie served in the U.S. Marines and the Army. He retired from So. Cal Edison after more than 30 years, but continued working in furniture repair and refinishing. He resided in the Antelope Valley for 40 years. Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, at Grace Chapel, 44648 15th St. West, Lancaster.
