BAILEY, Mildred Emolyn Born Dec. 25, 1916, in Georgetown, Washington, DC. Passed away Sept. 21, 2012, in Palmdale, Calif. She is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Clyde, children, Heather Bailey Arnold and husband Larry of Balboa Island, Calif., Sandra Cook and husband Jim of Lodi, Calif., 7 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren. Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her son, Berkley Barnett Bailey. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, at Chapel of the Valley Mortuary Palmdale.
