VILLA, Frances E. 91, of Simi Valley passed away Aug. 24, 2012, in Thousand Oaks. Frances was born May 20, 1921, in Kinston, North Carolina and was a resident of Llano from 1988 to 1994. She taught religious education classes at St. Peter Claver in Simi Valley, was a member of the Bunco Club at Country Mobile Estates, was a member of the choir at St. John De Salle in Granada Hills as well as a square dancer with the Valley Trailers. Frances was an avid camper, but most of all, treasured spending time with her family. She is survived by her children: Irma (Mike), Louise (Dennis), Ed (Jennifer), and Fred (Toni), as well as 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday Aug. 30, 2012, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 1600 E. Ave R-4 in Palmdale, with interment at Desert Lawn Memorial Park following services.
