KIVISTO, Cheryl Arlene Age 64, passed away Aug. 20, 2012, in Lancaster, California. She was born Nov. 23, 1947, in Brockton, Massachusetts, and has lived in the Antelope Valley for the last nine years. Beloved Mother, Daughter, Sister and Grandmother. She was very active with her grandchildren. Survived by her two children, Gavin Kivisto (Tracie) of Carlsbad, Sundy Springman (Karl) of Rosamond, her mother Ruth Hall of Halifax, Mass., two sisters, Norma Nelson (Alan) of Lakeview, Mass., Terry Flaherty of Kingston, Mass., five grandchildren, Halie, Maya, and Alyx Kivisto, and Sheridan and Samantha Springman. She was preceded in death by her husband Gary Kivistio in October 2009, and her father Ernest Hall in January 2003. A Visitation will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 22, 2012, with Chapel Services starting at 6:30 p.m., at Halley Olsen Murphy, Lancaster Chapel with Interment to take place at Lakewood Cemetery, Irondale, Minnesota.
