CHAMBERS, James Thomas (Hoot) Sept. 15, 1921 ~ July 4, 2012 Born Lonoke, Ark., on Sept. 15, 1921. He was a World War II Veteran. He married Dorothy Louise Bone on Feb. 19, 1942, in Lonoke, Ark. They have six children, eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, two sisters and one son. He is survived by his wife Louise, daughters Dorothy (Maurice) Sims, Barbara (Jimmy) Dellinger, sons James Chambers, Tom (Karen) Chambers and Becci and Gordon McNeal. James and Louise moved to California in 1944, where he farmed in Wasco, Rosamond and Cantil. He was an avid dog hunter and fisherman. Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday July 9, 2012, at Desert Song Foursquare Church with Pastor F. Bachara officiating.
