SMITH, Scott Joseph Born on April 24, 1948, in Burlington, Iowa. Passed away on May 3, 2012, in Palmdale, Calif. Scott grew up in Plattsmouth, Neb. and lived in the Antelope Valley for 22 years. He served a long career as a school administrator. He enjoyed his hobbies collecting sports memorabilia and Nebraska football.Scott is survived by his wife, Nancy Smith, children, Bradley (Kristina), Jeffrey (Jaime), and Jennifer Prince (Jason), grandchildren, Hannah, Taylor, Jordann, Myranda, Cori, Cole, Savannah, McKenna, Karsyn, and Kayden. Also, Scott is survived by his brothers Larry (Jeanne) and Craig (Mary Ann). In lieu of flowers, make donations to: St. Judes Childrens Hospital (www.partnersinhope.org) and Wounded Warriors (www.woundedwarriors.org).
