MALLA, Rogelio Rollolazo
MALLA, Rogelio Rollolazo Born December 6, 1942, in San Nicolas Pangasinan, Philippines, passed away on April 9, 2012, in Lancaster, Calif. He grew up in the Philippines and Hawaii. Rogelio lived in the AV for 30 years, he worked in construction. His hobbies were fishing, cooking, building, gardening, and being with friends and family. Rogelio was foreman of Nordic company and helped build Hawaii International Airport. He was the original member of the Filipino American Association of the Antelope Valley creating beautiful floats for the Antelope Valley parades. Rogelio is survived by wife Aida Malla, sons Roger Malla of Lancaster, Calif. and Rogelio Malla Jr. of Las Vegas, Nev., daughters Ada Patterson of Lancaster, Calif., Ralna Malla of Lancaster, Calif. and Victoria Malla of Las Vegas, Nev., grandchildren Cole, Amara, Patrick, Dylan, Micah, and Jonavan, and his sisters Angelina, Liling, and Teresita. He is preceded in by his parents Feliciano and Carmen Malla from Honolulu, Hawaii. Viewing will be held on Friday, April 20, 2012, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Joshua Memorial Chapel . Services will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. at Father Serra Parish, Quartz Hill, Calif.
