Jazmine is survived by her mother Sheri, sisters Frances and Paige, Uncle Dale, Aunts Dena, Debbie H, Debbie B, Vickie,Great Aunt Jean, cousins, her caregivers at Eunice Homeand friends. Jazmine was preceded in death by her Father Michael, Grandma Marilyn and Pop. Although Jazmine was taken from us far too soon she showed us how to live, give respectand enjoy all the little things that come with life.
