WEISER, Sylvia Marie Sylvia Weiser, 74, born June 18, 1937, originally of Cheektowaga, N.Y. passed from this life on March 19, 2012. An avid crafter and quilter, she enjoyed being with people and easily made many friends. After the death of her husband of 50 years, Bernard, she moved to Beaverton in 2009. She is remembered and loved by her sister, Joanne and brother Richard; her three sons, David, Thomas and Michael; and her nine grandchildren. The Funeral mass will be Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Beaverton. Interment will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.
