OTIS, PHYLLIS JUNE
OTIS, Phyllis June Born June 1, 1928, in Youngstown, Ohio. Passed away February 17, 2012, in Palmdale, Calif. She has lived in the Antelope Valley for 56 years. She ran a in home business, Floral Artistry by Phyllis, where she specialized in providing wedding and floral arrangements. Phyllis was a Girl Scout leader for 18 years and was District Chairman, Day Camp Director for several years and was awarded the highest honor by the Girl Scouts, the Thanks Badge. Survived by her husband George L. 'Skip' Otis, daughters Jan Schell (Bruce), Paula Smith, sons Russell Otis (Barbara), Randall Otis, and 4 grandchildren.
