BAME, Lilo Born February 17, 1935, in Essen, West Germany. Passed away February 6, 2012, in Lancaster, Calif. She grew up in Germany and has lived in the Antelope Valley for 45 years. She was a Beautician in Germany and the U.S. Lilo loved her pets! She was always surrounded by her dogs and cats often taking in strays and adopting them. Survived by her husband Mark Bame, sons Jurgen Bennewitz of Auburn, Calif., Mike Bennewitz of Lancaster, Calif., grandchildren; Hans Bennewitz, David Bennewitz, Nicole (Bennewitz) Welch, Dillon Bennewitz, great-grandson Jude Bennewitz, great-granddaughter Olivia Welch. Also survived by her brother Hans Kreienbruch and sister Elfriede Halsar both of Germany. She was preceded in death by her parents Friedel and Friendrich Kreienbruch of Germany and grandparents Morweisers of Germany. Viewing will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012, at Joshua Memorial Park & Mortuary, Lancaster. Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 10, 2012, at First Assembly of God Church, Lancaster. Reception to follow.
