NIEBLA, Roberto G. 30 year resident of the area passed away peacefully at his home in Palmdale on Friday, December 30, 2011. He was 88 years old and is survived by his wife Eva, sons Octavio, Roberto, Fernando, Leo, Hector, daughters Rossana, Sonia, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
