STONE, John Wesley Born November 18, 1921, in Los Angeles, Calif. Passed away December 26, 2011, in Lancaster, Calif. He grew up and went to school in Pasadena. He has lived in the Antelope Valley for 58 years. John worked at Edwards AFB for 27 years as a Civil Service Painter. He enjoyed playing the violin, and camping. He volunteered his violin skills to the Nazarene Singers Playing at Convalescent Hospitals for many years. Survived by his sons David (Betty), Paul of Lancaster, Calif., James (Janeen) of Lancaster, Calif., Danny of Littlerock, Calif., daughter Ruth (Roger) of Palmdale, Calif., 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife Margaret, they were married 58 years. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him and the smile that he always had for anybody he came across. Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011, at Lancaster New Life Church of the Nazarene. Arrangements entrusted to Joshua Memorial Park & Mortuary, Lancaster.
