GAULDIN, JOY
GAULDIN, Joy A. Born Sept. 27, 1946, in Los Angeles, Calif. She made her transition into the next dimension of Eternal life on Nov. 20, 2011, in Palmdale, Calif. She grew up in Los Angeles on 7th Avenue then San Clemente during her high school years, she went to San Juan Capistrano High, Orange Coast College, Cal State Fullerton and Chapman University. She has lived in the Antelope Valley for 30 years. Before becoming an elementary school teacher in Palmdale, she worked at Beech Aircraft Corp and King Radio Corp. both in Kansas. She taught 3rd grade at Joshua Hills School and retired in 2000. She enjoyed knitting, photography, painting, teaching artistic creativity, spiritual practitioner, spiritual counselor and teacher at Center for Spiritual Living in the Antelope Valley. Survived by her husband Robert Gauldin, sons John Edwards of Beiging, China, Timothy Edwards of Ottawa, Kan., grandchildren Alex, Carson and Joshua Edwards all of Ottawa, Kansas. Also survived by his sister Joan Migalski, niece Kay T. Julian, brother Bill Denney (Jane). Services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, at Center for Spiritual Living, 1030 W. Ave L-8, Lancaster, Calif.
