OAK, Phillip Glenn Of Palmdale, Calif., born on Jan. 15, 1953, to Wilmer and Gretchen Oak, passed away on Oct. 12, 2011. He is survived by his wife Annette M. Oak. Phil was a long time employee of Kaiser as a Lab Tech. He loved traveling with his family and dogs, fishing, riding motorcycles and playing a variety of musical instruments. He was greatly loved and will be greatly missed. Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011, at Halley-Olsen-Murphy Chapel, 3150 E. Palmdale Blvd., Palmdale. Reception to follow.
