MORAN, Judy April 20, 1940 ~ Oct. 2, 2011 Judy Moran was born Judith Ann Tudder, though she never really liked her maiden name. She became Judy Jones when she married Chester Ray Jones and later she became Judy Moran. Born in Casper, Wyoming where her childhood was filled with a loving and supportive community of relatives, extended relatives and friends. She was a real granddaughter of Wild West Pioneers. Her grandmother Edna Randell was the first non-native American Indian born in Gilette, Wyoming. Judy came to California on the Greyhound bus by herself at the age of 16 and stayed for the remainder of her life. Living in Simi Valley and Lancaster for the most part. Judy first arrived in the Antelope Valley in 1976, when she was hired on as a house parent at Littlerock Boys Ranch. Littlerock Boys Ranch has been shut down for many years, due to lack of funding. Judy was a big fan of TV show Survivor, she enjoyed tending to her pets. Her greatest accomplishments were being a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was also the saviour of many a abandoned dog or cat. Survived by her daughters Crystal Jones, Angela Jones and Faith Jackson all of Lancaster, Calif., grandchildren Starla Gresham, Royce Gresham, Jerron Gresham, Aaron Sausedo and Amber Marshall, and great-granddaughter Michayla Gresham. Preceded in death by her parents Delbert Tudder and Patsye Jane Tudder, grandparents Virgil and Edna Moore and Elsie Tudder. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Sunday, October 16, 2011, at Oasis L.C. 44231 N. Division St. Lancaster, Calif. Arrangements entrusted to Joshua Memorial Park & Mortuary, Lancaster.
