THORNBURG, Pilar C. Born October 12, 1934, in Sevilla, Spain. Pilar passed away October 3, 2011. She leaves behind her 2 sons, Michael and Alex, 1 daughter-in-law Michelle, 2 grandsons Jacob and Zane, 1 granddaughter Makayla. Pilar worked as a cook at the club at Edwards AFB for many years. Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, October 15, 2011, at Joshua Memorial Park, Lancaster.
