BYRD, Ila Larae 80, surrounded by her children and grandchildren, went home to the Lord on Thursday, September 22, 2011, after a long illness. Ila was born June 13, 1931, to Ray R. Woods and Iva Stevens in Alliance, Nebraska. Visitation and Rosary services will held from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, September 30, 2011, at Joshua Memorial Park & Mortuary, 808 East Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA 93535. Mass will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, October 1, 2011, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 565 West Kettering St. Lancaster, CA 93534. Burial to follow at Joshua Memorial Park.
