PUCKETT, James A former resident of Tehachapi, now living in Springfield, Missouri went to be with his Lord and Savior on Aug. 26, 2011. He was born March 11, 1933. He is survived by his wife Jean, six children, eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and two brothers. Jim retired from the LA County Fire Dept., in 1983. He is a member of the Antioch United Methodist Church of Springfield, Mo. Jim was a master craftsman home builder. He was also a talented wood carver winning several awards. Memorial services will be held on August 31, 2011, at Greenfield Mortuary, in Springfield, Missouri.
