WARMAN, David Fleming David Fleming Warman, 46, of Panama City, Florida passed away Saturday, August 20, 2011, in his home. He retired from the U.S. Navy as a decorated Seaman after 20 years of service. He currently worked for the Bay County Jail Facility as a Guard. He is survived by his six siblings, Doug and Roxanne Warman, of McDonough, Ga., Karen and Jim Smith, of Hampton, Ga., Rick and Tracy Warman, of Clarksville, Tenn., Amy and Jimmy Adair, of Hampton, Ga., Donna Resendez, of Hampton, Ga., and Janie and David Williams of Wheeling, W.V.; 18 nieces and nephews and his beloved dog, Gizmo. Memorialization will be by cremation and he will be laid to rest next to his mother in Jonesboro, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Florida Sheriff Youth Ranch, P.O. Box 2000, Boys Ranch, FL 32064. Wilson Funeral Home, in charge of arrangements.
