McDONOUGH, Warren Edwin Born March 8, 1930, in Sioux City, Iowa. Passed away August 10, 2011, in Lancaster, Calif. He served in the Navy for 4 years, the Air Force for 10 years, FAA Palmdale for 8 years. He has lived in the Antelope Valley since 1973. Warren loved to fish, bowl and play the 'Slots' in Las Vegas. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Laura Delphine McDonough, son David McDonough of Lancaster, Calif., daughters Warrenette Basilio of Lancaster, Calif., Millie Jo Dobbs of Lancaster, Calif., 7 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Also survived by 3 brothers Mike, Stanley and Ron, 3 sisters Joan, Beverly and Patty. Warren was the man with the pink hat and full of lots of hospitality. Viewing will be held from 3 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, August 16, 2011, at Halley-Olsen-Murphy, Lancaster. Services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 17, 2011, at First Southern Baptist Church, 603 E. Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster.
