KILGORE, John Husband, father, grandpa, brother and friend to everyone he ever met - went to be with the Lord on July 15, 2011. Jesus promised us in John 14:2 that His Father's house has many rooms, and that He would go there to prepare a place for each and every one of us. Our hope is that John's little corner in Heaven has a fleet of classic cars that need a little tinkering, a garden of tomato plants to nurture, a brand new book of corny jokes and an endless supply of fishin' holes. John is survived by his wife, Dorothy, his children Maxine, Danny, Mike, Pat, Debbie and Cathy, five wonderful brothers Wayne, Kenneth, Roger, Jerry and Rudy, one beautiful sister Lana, and ten precious grandchildren. We extend a special thank you to Dr. K. Gill for his love and compassion and to Vitas Hospice for their tenderness and support.
