KULI, John Dec. 30, 1909 ~ June 7, 2011 John Kuli died in Orange, California at the age of 101. John was born and raised in Ohio. As a young man working in Detroit, John met and married his beloved wife Henry. They had one son, Dennis. Johns career later took the family to Lancaster, California. John worked as a civilian employee at Edwards Air Force base for many years and then retired and hit the golf course. Most golfers dream of hitting a hole in one at least once in their lifetime, John hit four, spanning over three decades. His approach in golf was much like his approach in life; just do the right thing over and over and youll find success. He could still be found on the golf course a couple times a week with his good friend Pinky Higgins, well into his mid nineties. John will be lovingly remembered by his sister Betty Johnson; his son Dennis Kuli and daughter-in- law Jill Kuli; his grandsons and their wives, Erik and Mary Kuli, Mark and Elaine Kuli, Kirk and Angela Kuli and his great-grandchildren, Jake Kuli, Zoe Kuli, Emma Kuli, Dean Kuli Kate Kuli, Katherine Kuli, Charlotte Kuli and his last great-grandchild named in his honor, John Kuli. There will be a private celebration of his life for his family at the home of Dennis and Jill Kuli.
