MAZZOTTA, Carmen Guy Born November 13, 1918, in Pittsburgh, Pa. Passed away April 29, 2011, in Lancaster, Calif. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the Army. He worked as a Steel Worker with United States Steel for over 30 years. He retired to the Antelope Valley in 1990. Survived by his companion Julia Palitano, son James Mazzotta (Patricia) of Pittsburgh, Pa., 3 granddaughters Chelsea, Gwen and Erin. Also survived by sisters Rose Naccarato and Mary Maggliocco both of Pittsburgh, Pa. He is preceded in death by his wife Sarah Mazzotta. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Monday, May 2, 2011, with a Vigil prayer service at 7 p.m., at Halley-Olsen-Murphy Lancaster.
