Obituary Notices and Memorials

MINER, Sue To our Dear Family, Friends and Colleagues, This letter is being written by Ron Miner and Pam Richardson, Sue Miners Children. We regret to inform everyone that our Mother has passed on as of Thursday, March 3, 2011. Mother reached 92 years of age on Feb. 7, 2011. As of Jan. 1, 2011, Sue was taken to the hospital for Medical Care. The hospital informed us that she had a brain tumor and needed to be transferred to Glendale Adventist medical Center immediately. Our Mother received great treatment by the Medical Center, however, it just wasnt enough. Both Ron and Pam went to the Medical Care Center everyday since Jan. 1, 2011, and we were with Mother. Mother endured radiation treatment for 5 weeks. We were there everyday for Mother. Mother passed on peacefully with her Family by her side. We found that in her Will and other paperwork, Mother expressed that she did not want to have a funeral or a service, we must respect that decision and abide by her request. Mother was a great influence in our lives, Mother was there whenever we needed her. She was a great Mother, Father, Teacher, Nurse, Psychiatrist, just to name a few. She always gave us inspiration and faith to tackle anything in our lives. Mother sacrificed so much for us and always thinking of someone else first instead of herself. Mother touched so many lives when she was here and she was a person to be admitted without any doubt. Mother would always be there for anyone and times she would let you know just how she felt. Mother worked until she was 80 years old, then, Ron and Pam stepped in and said 'enough'; enjoy life now! Mother enjoyed being with her family and friends, enjoyed gardening, attending travelogues, museums, lectures, concerts and plays and even took in some small trips; most of all enjoyed life, itself. Mother is survived by her son, Ron and his wife Gail, her daughter, Pam and her husband Marv; four grandchildren Kristine, Greg, Kim and Robert and his wife Lisa, and 3 great-grandchildren, and one sister, Ruth and her husband Glen. We would like to take this moment and thank everyone for their faithful support and prayers and the wonderful correspondence you have given to Mother and the both of us in this time in our lives. Mother is in Gods arms and in Gods House enjoying life with no pain. Sincerest Loving Care to everyone, Ron and Gail Miner Pam and Marv Richardson Arrangements by Neptune Society (661) 948-0977.
