KENNEDY, Debbi Was born in Winnipeg, Canada on April 12, 1954. Passed away in Lancaster, Calif., on January 7, 2011. She is survived by her husband Charles Jay Kennedy, five children, five grandchildren, one brother, one sister, her mother and many nephews and nieces. Services will take place at 3 p.m., Thursday January 13, 2011, at Desert Wind Community Church. Interment will take place at Joshua Memorial Park at a later date.
