ORR, Jeffery C. Born on February 13, 1988, in Van Nuys, Calif. Passed away December 27, 2010, and is now in the arms of his grandparents William and Anna Orr. He is survived by his parents Brian and Doreen Orr; brother Shaun L. Orr, Nydia Orr, nephew Seth Orr his grandparents John and Ellen Williams, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends, teachers and aides, and his beloved family pets Maddie and Shandy. He will greatly be missed by all who love him. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 8, 2011, at Halley-Olsen-Murphy Funerals & Cremations, Palmdale.
